• Account information — name, email address, and password when you create an account
• Profile information — fitness goals, training preferences, health data, and injury notes
• Training data — session logs, set and rep records, check-in responses, and progress photos
• Health data — recovery scores, sleep quality, energy levels, and wearable data where connected
• Payment information — processed securely by Stripe; we do not store card details
• Communications — messages between personal trainers and clients within the platform

How we use your data

We use the data we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Entrayn platform
• Generate AI-assisted training programmes personalised to your data
• Provide coaching insights to your connected personal trainer
• Send service communications including session reminders and weekly reports
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your training data to train third-party AI models.

Data storage and security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, hosted in the Sydney, Australia region. We use row-level security to ensure each user can only access their own data. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Third-party services

Entrayn uses the following third-party services to operate the platform:

• Supabase — database and authentication
• Stripe — payment processing
• Anthropic — AI programme generation and coaching insights
• Vercel — hosting and infrastructure
• Resend — transactional email
